Sports facilities
All sports are represented at Pau-Pyrenees.
Our colours are even represented by a certain number of these teams on both a national and European level.
From the Pau rugby team to our famous Elan Béarnais basketball team, and not forgetting our dynamic kayakists, or handball players from Billère, … here sport is part of our daily lives.
Sports facilities have not been left out either and all cohabit harminously together: football stadiums, rugby stadiums, pétanque playing areas, a kayak centre, a sports centre, swimming pools, a pelote complex, a racecourse etc ..
You will find a description of each of the main facilities below. They will no doubt enable you to encourage our teams during your stay or even allow you to practise your particular sports activity in one of the most sporting regions in France.
