The Asson Zoo

The Asson Zoo is situated in the heart of the Nay plain, between the hills and the mountains.

The site is exceptional from two points of view: on the one hand because of its layout and on the second the animals to be found there.

Tigers, snow panthers, maned wolves, parrots, kangaroos, or even marmosets ... there are over 100 species and 150 animals waiting to meet you.

30 European programmes for endangered species have been developed providing visitors with the possibility of seeing protected and rare animals.

When to visit: Open throughout the year, 7 days a week From 1 April to 30 September: from 9.00 a.m. to 7.00 p.m. From 1 October to 31 March: from 9.00 a.m. to 6.00 p.m. Please note, that the entrances to the park are shut one hour before closing time!
