The Foie Gras Museum
Situated on the outskirts of our district, this is the ideal place to combine enjoying and learning about the jewel of French gourmet cuisine.
A historical presentation of Bearn cooking; Presentation of the different Bearnese products and tasting.
Here, traditions are respected, with the requirement that the ancestral recipes be followed; the conserves are cooked in the cauldrons and the foies gras are carefully selected. This family-run company produces the best products in our area.
When to visit:
Open throughout the year from 9.00 a.m. to 12.00 p.m.
and from 2.00 p.m. to 7.00 p.m.
